About Chicago Junk Car Buyers

The work we take on, and what we leave alone

We buy vehicles that have reached the end of the road: cars that won't start, cars that were wrecked, flooded or burned, and old trucks and vans nobody wants to fix. Usable parts get a second life and the rest is recycled for its metal.

We don't sell you anything, charge for towing, or ask you to bring the car to us. Our address is where our own tow truck starts out; it comes to the car and loads it at your curb, driveway, alley or lot.

We're registered in Illinois as an incorporated company, which is the Inc in our name.

Why we stick to the Far South Side

Keeping the area tight keeps the drive short. From S Yale Ave, Roseland and Pullman are a few minutes away, Beverly and Chatham a short run up Halsted or the Dan Ryan, and South Shore a straight shot up Stony Island. Each community page covers the routes, ZIP codes and parking rules for that area.

How we work with sellers

We ask about the car before we name a number, we check papers before we send a truck, and we tell you on the call if something about your car or your papers is a problem. If you want to know how to judge any buyer, including us, read our checklist for checking a junk car buyer. You'll find our listing and reviews on Google Maps.

The guides on this site answer the questions sellers ask us most. See them all on the help page, or read how a pickup works.
